Mary and Dianna have been on the road this year speaking at conferences.
Mary – It’s been amazing and exciting to work with writers all over the country – Ohio, Atlanta, Jacksonville, St. Louis, California, Idaho, New York City and places in between and the busy travel season is just gearing up! The response to the BREAK INTO FICTION® concepts is phenomonal and now that the book is out we’re hoping even more writers can finish power plotted manuscripts time and time again.

Dianna – I had a rockin’ time in Australia meeting so many new readers in Oz – what a wonderful place to visit. Sherrilyn Kenyon and I enjoyed incredible hospitality in Melbourne before heading to Sydney where we had another visual and social treat. Great country. Great city. Great fans. For more, go to the Blah, Blah, Blah page on my website.
WHISPERED LIES was released May 12, 2009. Sherrilyn Kenyon and I toured with the new book. We gave away “I’m in a BAD Mood” Buttons and Tshirts with the BAD Agency website on them. We had a lot of fun meeting up with fans and enjoyed visiting new bookstores.

In addition to the two Power Plotting Retreats Mary and I taught in Atlanta and St. Louis, I’ve met writers in Jacksonville, Florida (First Coast Romance Writers), Las Vegas (Henderson Writers Conference) and in Denver I gave my first luncheon keynote plus a workshop. I went from Denver to California where I met up with Mary again to present our Thought To Plot program to the Sacramento Valley RWA chapter who hosted a retreat near Monterey, CA.

Mary and Dianna teaching a workshop at the Writers Digest Conference in New York
Mary and I were invited to teach two Break Into Fiction® programs for the Writers Digest Conference at BEA (Book Expo America) in New York at the end of May.

Mary and Dianna signing Break Into Fiction® for the first time!
We signed our new Break Into Fiction® book during this conference and sold out! I signed at the Mystery Writers of America booth and the Romance Writers of America booth at BEA – running out the romantic thrillers I’ve cowritten with Sherrilyn Kenyon – WHISPERED LIES and PHANTOM IN THE NIGHT – and our BREAK INTO FICTION® book.

Dianna, Mary and Marianne Mancusi
We ran into Barbara Vey, Marjorie M. Liu and a few other friends you’ll see in the photos.
Marianne Mancusi of Better TV interviewed us at BEA – we’ll post the date for the video (think it may be in July) when the editing is completed and ready for television. Stay tuned!

Barbara Vey covered the BEA – check out her blog at http://www.publishersweekly.com/blog (go to May 29-31, 2009 to see what went on at BEA) - and make a point of visiting Barbara’s blog at Publisher Weekly whether you’re published or not. Keep up on what’s going on with READERS – you know, those people you hope buy and read your books.
I’m heading to the Reader/Author Get Together hosted by Lori Foster, Dianne Castell and Linda Keller the first weekend in June. I plan to spend a couple weeks at home – finally – after that then I’ll be back on the road in July to Thrillerfest (July 8-12) where I’ll be speaking on a panel and at Romance Writers of America national conference in Washington DC where I’ll be presenting a workshop with Mary (she’s giving a second one there as well).
The first week of August I’ll be on tour with Sherrilyn Kenyon for her latest Dark-Hunter hardback – check www.AuthorDiannaLove.com for the tour schedule in July. With 17,000,000 books in print and constantly at #1 on the NYT list, she’s a phenomenon and the reigning queen of paranormal, as per Publisher’s Weekly.
